• Established in 1982, CCS is a general construction firm engaged in a variety of residential construction and reconstruction projects including new construction and remodeling, fire damage repairs, structural repairs, membrane deck systems, below grade waterproofing, roof repairs and replacement. These projects include installation or modification of plumbing, heating and electrical systems, concrete work, stucco, sheet metal fabrication, framing, painting and finish carpentry. CCS has diagnosed and repaired over ten thousand roofs and structural leaks and has installed new roofs and deck systems on thousands of condominium units, homes and commercial buildings.
